This is an auction of impounded vehicles for the City of Omaha Vehicle Impound Lot as well as surplus fleet vehicles as available. These auctions are held on Saturdays as scheduled and not every Saturday. The dates of the auctions are determined by inventory available. Auction Dates are posted as soon as a date has been finalized. Approximately 70 to 140 vehicles are auctioned on sale days. The vehicles offered range from drivable to salvage. THIS IS A LIVE AUCTION ONLY, NO ONLINE BIDDING. AUCTION TIME 9:00 AM CST, PREVIEW BEFORE THE AUCTION.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES. A 10% OR $65 BUYERS FEE WHICHEVER GREATER WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL PURCHASE PRICE. MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO PURCHASE. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE DAY OF SALE NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM CST UNLESS OTHERWISE ANNOUNCED. ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE SALE DAY TAKE PRECEDENCE.

REQUESTS FOR DUPLICATE TITLES CAN NOT BE PROCESSED ON AUCTION DAY, ONLY DURING NORMAL IMPOUND LOT BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. A BILL OF SALE FOR THE VEHICLE AND A PAYMENT OF $14 IS REQUIRED. REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF BILLS OF SALE MUST ALSO BE MADE ACCORDING TO THESE GUIDELINES AND A PAYMENT OF $5 IS REQUIRED.

All vehicles purchased at the auction and left on property at the close of business the Monday after the auction will be subject to being towed and the buyer WILL BE banned from the auction.
